If it goes through, you should get a confirmation email from PayPal (never got a confirmation email from CDKeys) Open up a support ticket and say that you never received a code or a confirmation email, but the PayPal payment went through (be sure to include your transaction #) Wait two hours. I knew this but figured as a business screwing the public (and Microsoft) on a regular basis, maybe they had legit keys left over.
